Seidokaikan (正道会館) is a full-contact karate style that originated from Kyokushin and has been meticulously developed by Kazuyoshi Ishii. It embodies the essence of traditional karate and is renowned for its intense training regimen. Seidokaikan is also the creator of the Karate World Cup, the first-ever professional full-contact karate tournament. The tournament features unique extension rounds, where fighters can transition to kickboxing with boxing gloves and are allowed to use face strikes when judges are at an impasse. The Karate World Cup is a prestigious event that showcases the high-level skills and techniques of Seidokaikan practitioners.
